My name is Stephanie. I am 27 years old, and married to my best friend, Paul. We've been married for 6 years. I am mommy to Amelia. She is our little four year old bundle of energy. I love to spend time with my family and friends. We are a Christ-centered family, and am so thankful for God's amazing grace. I have lost 100 lbs by living a more calorie aware, and all together healthy lifestyle. I love to lighten up recipes. It is my goal to make people more aware of what they eat while still living and enjoying life. My guilty pleasure/ favorite food is chocolate. I also love most oriental foods especially chinese, and thai!
